Shipping and delivery

Because we make our products by order, our delivery time is a bit longer than you may be used to. Delivery time averages between 7 to 10 business days. Why are we doing this? This prevents a large unnecessary inventory and, as a result, we have less waste. That, in turn, is a lot better for the environment.

Shipping costs depend on the type of product. For most products, customers have a choice between regular and environmentally friendly re shipping.

We do our best to work as environmentally friendly as possible, but don’t want to decide for your wallet or situation. Therefore, you are completely free in your choice.

Because we make each order especially for you, the delivery time may be a little longer than you are used to. It normally takes about 7-10 business days for your order to arrive. But there is a good reason for it! By avoiding large, unnecessary inventories, we can reduce waste and remain environmentally friendly.

Return and refund

Yes definitely! Once your order is completed, you have 30 days to return your products. You can do this by submitting a return request via your account or via the link in the mail.

Login can be done through the “my account” link at the top of each page or through this link.

Return shipments from the Netherlands are free of charge. Returns from other countries may be subject to an expense fee.

When you submit a return request you will receive all the necessary information from us.

Once you have submitted a retrour application and it has been approved you will receive a confirmation from us containing a barcode. You can have it scanned at the parcel service point and the return label will be printed on the spot.

Exchange

Of course! Request a return and briefly state that you want to exchange the product, why and for what other size. Once your return is shipped, we’ll make sure your new products get to you.

Exchanges from the Netherlands are free of charge. Returns from other countries may be subject to an expense fee.

Orders

We work with several partners. Most products are made in Europe, mainly in Germany, Spain and Lithuania. And some products come from the US.

That’s annoying! Have you looked in your SPAM folder yet? Often a confirmation e-mail ends up in there.

Also, is there nothing in your SPAM folder? Please contact us using the form or email address below and we will be happy to help you. Always include the e-mail address you used during your order.

Pay

Due to high additional charges for paying cash on delivery (cash on delivery), it is unfortunately not possible to pay in cash.

We offer multiple payment options through Ideal, including Klarna and direct bank transfer, through Paypal or through Bancontact.
