Overview

Our policy for refunds and returns applies for 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

Returning

To complete your return, we need a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations in which only partial refunds are granted:

  • Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged or has missing parts for reasons not due to our fault. The same goes for all labels and tags attached to the item.
  • Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email to let you know that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you whether your refund has been approved or declined.

If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit card or original payment method will automatically be applied within a certain number of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you have not yet received a refund, please check your bank account again first.

Then contact your credit card company; it may take a while for your refund to be officially processed.

Then contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is processed.

Sale Items

Only items at regular prices can be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchange for other size

Of course, you may try on your products hygienically. Basically, do not remove cards and labels. Cards and labels that interfere with fitting may be removed cautiously. And should be included when returning the item.

We replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you would like to exchange a defective item for the same item, please email us at hello@realviking.nl and send your item to the return address on the return label

Shipping returns

To return your product, please send your product to: De Kaart 6, 5292NA Gemonde

You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the amount of the return shipping charges will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, consider using a trackable shipping service or shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
